They are slow fermented for a minimum of 24 hours to make them more digestible, flavorful and nutritional. This long fermentation process of making sourdough releases nutrients like iron, zinc, magnesium, antioxidants, folic acid and other B vitamins, and
allows our bodies to process them more easily so we absorb more nutrients.

Cocoa + Kasha Sourdough is a dark whole wheat loaf because of the cocoa, and blends in organic kasha grain to add a buckwheat flavor, and extra protein and fiber. Then we added tiny organic semisweet chocolate chips to make it totally irresistible. This loaf is pictured above in the rear. $10/loaf
Toasted Quinoa Sourdough incorporates toasted quinoa into the whole wheat dough for an extra bit of protein and fiber. $9/loaf
Toasted Sesame Seed Sourdough blends toasted organic sesame seeds into the whole wheat dough and is coated on the outside with more sesame seeds to give this loaf added nutritional value. This loaf is pictured above in the front. $9/loaf
Whole Grain Sourdough with Flaxseed is a great sandwich bread of substance and flavor. It contains whole grain wheat, spelt and rye flours that make it a very healthy and delicious choice. $9/loaf
